RETURN POLICY

We at Zali Health and Beauty want to ensure that your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. We understand that circumstances might arise where you need to return a product, and we’re here to guide you through
the process.
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Zali Health and Beauty. This
Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY
By placing an order with us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound
by this Policy.
2. PRICING DISCLAIMER
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed
on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Zali Health and Beauty reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was
incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other
written communication. Besides this, Zali Health and Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product. We may also update the prices of our
products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
3. RETURN AND REFUND
a) Eligibility to Return: All products, except brushes, are eligible for return. To be eligible,
products must be returned in their original unused packaging. Please note that brushes are
excluded from our return policy. The return period is set at 30 days from the date of purchase
(“Return Period”).
b) Initiating a Return: If you wish to return a product, kindly send us an email at
services@zalicosmetics.com indicating your intention to return and providing the reason for the
return. This will help us streamline the return process and ensure that your request is handled
promptly.
c) Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the product
is being returned due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. In cases where the
return is not due to a defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee associated
with returning the product.
d) Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and checked, we will process your
refund request. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to the original
payment method.
e) Reservation of Right: Please be aware that our return policy may not apply to brushes, as
mentioned earlier. Additionally, we reserve the right to assess the eligibility of products for
return based on their condition and packaging.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable
to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this
Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as
mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

We may add to or change or update this Return Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our
own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy
periodically. Your use of the website after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance
to such amendments.
